নিউজ ডেস্ক : নবান্নের আপত্তি সত্ত্বেও নাড্ডার কনভয়ে হামলা বিতর্কে জড়ানো ৩ আইপিএস অফিসারকে বদলির নির্দেশ দিয়েছে কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রক। কেন্দ্রের এই সিদ্ধান্তের বিরুদ্ধে সোচ্চার মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় তিনি লেখেন, “ক্ষমতার আস্ফালন ঘটছে। ১৯৫৪ আইপিএস ক্যাডার রুলের অপব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে।”

তিনি আরও লিখেছেন, “এই ধরনের আচরণ রাজ্যের বিচারব্যবস্থার ওপর আঘাত। এঘটনা পশ্চিমবঙ্গে কর্মরত অফিসারদের মনোবল ভেঙে দেয়। নির্বাচনে আগে এধরনের পদক্ষেপ যুক্তরাষ্ট্রীয় পরিকাঠামোর পরিপন্থী। এটা অগণতান্ত্রিক। একে কোনওভাবেই মানা যায় না।” রাজ্যের ওপর কেন্দ্র অধিকার কায়েমের চেষ্টা করছে, তিনি সফল হতে দেবেন না বলে জানিয়েছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী।
This act is nothing but a deliberate attempt to encroach upon State’s jurisdiction & demoralize the serving officers in WB. This move, particularly before the elections is against the basic tenets of the federal structure. It’s unconstitutional & completely unacceptable! (2/3)
